If you're writing an Age that has to tie in with existing canon, it can be difficult to locate the info you need. Here are a few resources on D'ni History that may be useful : ------------------------------------------
Cyan's RAWA is generally considered the arbiter of all things D'ni;
here he offers agebuilders some "Guidelines for Official Story/Age Creation":

Alahmnat has opened up the Guild of Archivists. It looks good, I dont know how complete the archives there are, yet. This could be a good source too.

Once you feel confident you're using the right D'ni words, how do you assemble them into proper sentences?

Talashar has done a good job of putting together the known information on D'ni grammar, and thankfully continues to update this overview:
